$1M Lottery Winner: Dudley Woman Plans Massive Vacation With Winnings

Sarah Megarry, of Dudley, won the seven-figure sum playing the “Gold Mine 50X” $5 scratch-off game. 

She elected to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.

Megarry and her husband plan to spend the money on life, family, and vacation. 

She bought the ticket at Riverside Mart at 54 Canal St. in Millbury. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
